Kedron Brook Catchment Network Birding Walk

Meet at Nudgee Waterhole Reserve

Our next birding walk is at Nudgee Waterhole Reserve and Kedron Brook Floodway to Nudgee Beach (UBD Map 121 Ref K9).
Meet in car park at Nudgee Waterhole Reserve. We walk around the circuit of the lake, then proceed by car north along Nudgee Road, stopping at a boat ramp along the Kedron Brook Floodway. We then continue to Nudgee Beach (UBD Map 111 Ref P17). We finish at the area where the Brook meets Moreton Bay.

Enoggera & Ithaca Creek Catchment Tour

Start/end at Newstead House

You are invited to attend the Community Conservation Partnership Programs annual catchment tour in the Enoggera/Breakfast Creek catchments.
This is a great opportunity to see a variety of project sites first hand and explore the great work done by Land for Wildlife members, Habitat Brisbane and SOWN.  
The tour will include mini bus transport to all sites, morning tea and lunch. Please wear appropriate clothing for walking through the bush.
Cost: free to Land for Wildlife partners; Catchment Group members; Habitat Brisbane Volunteers and Environment Centre Volunteers.

Brisbane City Council (Creek Catchment Program) Workshop – Nature Connection: Wellbeing & Stewardship

The Creek Catchment Program invites you to participate in a full day workshop to explore your own nature connection and sense of environmental stewardship; learn about the latest research into nature connection/conservation and wellbeing; and how this can be translated into positive on-ground outcomes for your patch of bush, your catchment, and your community.
Cost: free to Catchment Group members and Habitat Brisbane Volunteers (includes morning/afternoon tea & lunch)
